In eFootball PES 2020 you can run the Finesse Dribbling, a precision dribble that allows you to overcome opponents more effectively and elegantly. In this mini-guide, we explain how it works and how to do it.
The Finesse dribbling has been implemented by Konami with the advice of Andres Iniesta, one of the most skilled in the art of dribbling the world players. This technique allows the opponents to jump more easily, especially in tight spaces. Let’s see everything there is to know to do it in the field.
How to perform Finesse Dribbling in PES 2020
As you can see in the video proposed at the beginning, there are two ways to use the precision dribbling in eFootball PES 2020: pushing the right stick in the desired direction or alternatively holding down the right stick to keep the ball close. To best perform the Finesse Dribbling, it is advisable to use the race button together with the left stick to control the player.
To give some examples, one of the most effective precision dribbles is turning to the side, and can be done by pushing the right stick up or down while looking towards your door. The advantage of this move is that it can be canceled easily, allowing you to continue in the desired direction at any time.
The fake body is also very effective, which can be done by moving the right stick upwards and then quickly downwards (or on the contrary, based on the movement you want to perform), imagining to move horizontally towards the opponent’s door.
With the fastest players, on the other hand, it is possible to perform the double touch, very useful to enter the opposing area bypassing the defender on the wing, freeing the road to cross or finish. In this case, you have to tilt the right stick up or down and move immediately after the left stick in the direction in which it was going before performing the feint.
With the more technical players like Cristiano Ronaldo (in this regard, on our pages you will find the list of the 50 strongest players of PES 2020 ) you can do your best in the drag back with a touch to follow. This time the right stick must go in the opposite direction to that of the player, while the left stick must be moved forward with a 45 ° inclination facing the direction in which you want to go with the next touch.
As you can imagine, the Finesse Dribbling is very useful for jumping opponents in tight spaces and along strips, particularly in 1v1s. When using precision dribbling, always keep these things in mind:
- Timing is essential in lever pressure. Read the movements of your opponent, adjusting accordingly in the execution of the dribbling.
- Keep your opponents at a safe distance. If they get too close, you risk blowing the ball.
- Try to connect the stops with sudden accelerations, so that you can jump more easily. Especially near the opposing area, so as to prepare the ground for the conclusion to the net.
By following our advice, you will be able to take advantage of Finesse Dribbling to perform more effective precision dribbles. Speaking of the other guides we published on the game, we remind you that we have explained to you how to import the Options File in PES 2020, in order to introduce the names, logos and official links of the unlicensed teams.
